I've lost a buckle. Can I get a replacement?
We appreciate your Serbags purchase and we're sorry to learn that you lost one of the buckles. We'd be happy to replace it for you. We charge $8.99 per buckle, plus shipping and handling. You can email us which bag you bought with your previous order number, so that we can assist you with the replacement.
