When will my order ship?
Our team makes every effort to ship your in-stock item(s) as soon as possible. If we receive your order before 3:00 pm PST, your order will be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days. Additionally, during peak shipping periods, such as during promotional events or holidays, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days in order processing. If we have any issues causing delays with shipping your order, we will call or email you. If you have any urgent shipping needs, please contact us to make special arrangements for expedited shipping.
We also offer Expedited, 2 day and Next day shipping options. If you order 2 day shipping before 3pm (PST) in the weekdays, you will receive your order in 2 days. For example, if you place your order on Monday before 3pm (PST), you will receive your order on Wednesday. However, if you place your order after 3pm (PST) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday,your order will be shipped out on Monday and you will receive it on Wednesday. How long shipping time takes?
Domestic Standard: 1 - 14 business days after shipment (depending on how close your location is to California. Majority of orders arrive in 4 business days)
Domestic Expedited: 1 - 3 business days after shipment (depending on how close your location is to California. Max. it takes 3 business days)
Domestic Two-Day: 2 business days after shipment
Domestic One-Day: 1 business day after shipment
What are your shipping rates?
U.S. Shipping Rates
All of our orders under $100.00 ship for one flat rate of $5.99 to anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders over $100.00 (before tax) are eligible for FREE shipping, which will automatically be applied during checkout.
**Please note that free ground shipping applies to standard shipping only in the United States.**
Canada Shipping Rates
We have two options for shipping to Canada: Canada International Shipping (Canada Post) is provided for a flat rate of $9.99. We also offer Canada International Shipping (with tracking info through UPS) for $24.99.
International Shipping Rates
All of our international orders ship for one flat rate of $29.99 (except Canada).

Can you ship outside of the U.S.?
Serbags can ship orders to the following countries: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Greece, New Zealand, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Russia, Japan, Austria, Brazil, and Ireland. If your country is not listed, please contact us to add your country to the shipping list. Our team will do everything in our power to make it happen.
We also ship to all U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Just select “United States,” in the checkout process and you will find all these territories listed under “State.”
International packages are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEX depending on the order size. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.
All international orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sales price of the item(s) purchased.
Serbags cannot legally declare your order as a gift. International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country.
Any items ordered that we are unable to ship outside of the US will be canceled immediately.
Who are your shipping providers?
Serbags uses USPS, UPS and FedEX for shipping orders, and we select the most appropriate carrier based on your delivery address and order size. This allows us to offer our low flat shipping rates, and pass those savings onto our customers.
The USPS tried to deliver my package, but I was not at home. Can they redeliver it?
The USPS may attempt to redeliver the package on its own. As long as the package has not been sent back to Serbags and your area is eligible for redelivery service, go to https://redelivery.usps.com/redelivery/, select “Schedule a Redelivery”, and follow the instructions online.
I've lost a buckle. Can I get a replacement?
We appreciate your Serbags purchase and we're sorry to learn that you lost one of the buckles. We'd be happy to replace it for you. We charge $8.99 per buckle, plus shipping and handling for this service. You can email with your request and we will assist you with the replacement.
