What is your return policy?
At Serbags, our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. However, if something isn’t right, we are happy to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise within 30 days of the date of your purchase. With Serbag's 30-day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition you received them, with all hang tags attached.
How do I return an item?
To return an item to Serbags, follow these easy steps:
1) Send us an e-mail including the first and last name of the purchaser, the invoice number, a daytime phone number, a contact e-mail address, and the reason for your return.
2) Upon receiving your return request, Serbags.com will send you a reply with return instructions and a Serbags.com return number (RMA#).
3) When you receive the RMA#, repack the items in the original packaging, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and return the package within 5 days of receiving the RMA#. You should send your return package via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. We suggest you keep a tracking number from your shipper for your records. Please note that the RMA# must appear on the outside of all packages, and we cannot accept products returned without the RMA# clearly indicated.
4) Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-4 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2-4 business days upon receipt of the item. Please note that we will refund both the cost of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and Serbags does not provide for the cost of return shipping. Serbags reserves the right to modify our Exchange and Return Policy.
How do I exchange an item?
If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us for further instructions. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item using the steps described above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us via email. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
Is there any restocking fee?
We don't have any restocking fee except those 3 occasions.
1 - There is only 15% restocking fee for the leather bags listed under this link: http://www.serbags.com/collections/leather-messenger-bags
2- If you're qualified for a free shipping, and didn't pay any shipping fee and when you return one of the bags, you will be refunded (original product price + sales tax(if you paid)) - (shipping cost $5.99 per bag).
3- If you gave us a wrong shipping address, and UPS/USPS could not deliver your order, there will be $14.99 restocking fee. (it will be calculated as product price - $14.99) Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
